She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Samantha Castillon and Joshua Lozano; her parents, Santos Salazar and Marcelina Salazar; her siblings, Frank Salazar, Gabriel Salazar, Raul Salazar and Julia Salazar Medina; and her son-in-law Jose Alfredo De.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Lozano; her children, Angie Lozano Gutierrez (Frank), Irene Lozano, Mary L. Flores (Ruben), Christina Lozano, Juan S. Lozano, Jr. (Brigitte), Guillermo "Willie" Lozano, Alfred Lozano (Lily), Gilbert Lozano and Ernesto Salazar Lozano (Alice); and her sisters, Cruz Rehak, Semona Salazar Guerra, Elmendina Salazar Guerra and Olivia Costilla. She is also survived by grandchildren: 25; great grandchildren: 51; great, great grandchildren: 2; and with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Los Angeles Funeral Home (300 Cheatham St, San Marcos, TX 78666). A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (624 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the San Marcos City Cemetery (1001 Old Ranch Rd 12, San Marcos, TX 78666).
