With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delbert Brown (San Marcos, Texas), born in Seville, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Brown and Eva Brown; his siblings, Ralph, Clarkson Brown and Emily Wells; his former wife Barbara "Robin" Brown; his son Danny Brown; and his granddaughter Morgan Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Slavik (Steven), Michael "Kapp" Brown (Linda) and Eric Brown (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tanya, Harley, Karla, Nathaniel Slavik, Andrew Brown (Hannah), Danielle Ginder (Jeremy), Taylor and Parker Brown; and his great grandchildren, Aria, Mia, Jameson, Isla, Maci and Kayla.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pennington Funeral Home (323 N Comanche St, San Marcos, TX 78666). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (129 W Hutchison St, San Marcos, TX 78666).
