He is survived by: his wife Janie Pekar; his sons, Colton Gray Staton, Dalyn Payne Pekar, Weston Tanner Pekar and Luis Adrian Martinez; his grandson Colton Jay Staton; and his sisters, Betty Jo Contreras (Rando), Susan Gail Garcia (Jesse), Beverly Bond (Joe) and Jeanette Pekar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
