He is survived by: his wife Kelly Denise Johnson of San Leon; his daughters, Dlayna Ainsworth (Ryan) and Emily Hammonds of San Leon; his granddaughters, Rayna and Iris; his daughter Valerie Keffel of Fresno, CA.; his father Bill Hammonds (Jackie) of Jacksonville; and his brothers, Timothy Hammonds (Shannon) and Eric Holloway of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
