With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sammie Howard Costello of San Leon, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Robert Williams Sr.; her sister Diane Howard Ransom; her former husband Charles Williams; and her husband Tex Wayne Costello. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jones (Les) and Wayne Costello; and her siblings, Henry Howard (Shirley) and Phyllis Howard. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
