He is survived by: his significant other Terri Lynn Donzello; his brother Anthony Donzello (Tony); his stepson Chad Hartsook (Rebecca Hartsook); and his grandsons, Jonathan and Kyle Hartsook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
