It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lum Furnace of San Leon, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Furnace and Marjorie Oleta Furnace (Stewart); and his brother Robert McKinnly. He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Porterfield (Robert Collins) and Danna Furnace-Grimes; his brothers, John Furnace (Helen) and Brian Furnace (Marjorie); his grandchildren, Branden Jezek (Angie), Kaytlynn Santillian (Robert), Jacob Furnace (Samantha), Ryan Grimes and Katie Morton (Alex); his great grandchildren, Tanzalie Jezek, Zeppelin Jezek, Brayden Morton and Caleb Morton; and his friend Gayle Mordente.
