He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Helen Cook; and his brother-in-law Robert Nugent. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sisters, Charlene Hall (Seward) and Mary Kay Neidhamer (John); his sister-in-law Suzanne Love; his children, Shari Galletti (Joseph), Stephanie Cook (Trent Bobay), Christopher Cook and Charles Travis Cook (Eve); and his grandchildren, John Galletti, Tiffany Wallace, Madison Galletti, Andrew Cook and Fin Cook. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
