He is survived by: his wife Aurora Olivarez Galindo; his children, Ike Galindo Jr. (Ernestina) of San Juan, Irma Celia Castillo (Trinidad) of San Juan, Ismelda Ramos of Edinburg, Juan Galindo (Rosario) of San Juan, Ismael Galindo of San Juan, Israel Galindo (Sandra) of Edinburg, Isidoro Galindo (Yvette) of Alamo and Irene Galindo-Cantu (Alejandra) of San Antonio; and his sister Virginia Galindo Gonzales. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
