He was predeceased by: his parents, Florencio Trejo and Dominga Trejo; his siblings, Adalia Ovalle and Armando Trejo; and his nephew Basilio "Choco" Ramos.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Trejo; and his siblings, Noelia Hernandez (Severo Jr.), Arnaldo Trejo, Oralia Trejo and Patricia Pinon (Santiago Jr.). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; 31 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Jude's Catholic Church (505 S Ironwood St, Pharr, TX 78577, USA). A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Piedad Cemetery (1801 Wichita Ave, McAllen, TX 78503).
