It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafael Garza of San Juan, Texas, born in Alamo, Texas, who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Felsch Garza; his parents, Jose Luz Garza and Celedonia C. Garza; and his grandparents, Sabino M. Cardenas and Seferina S. Cardenas.
He is survived by: his children, Joerg K. Felsch, Sabine D. Castillo, René R. Garza and Angela Sabine Lorenzen; and his siblings, Jose Luz Garza Jr., Matias Garza, Juan Garza, Gilberto Garza and Julie Moncivais. He is also survived by grandchildren and eight (8) great-grandchildren.
