She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Aguirre; her parents, Jose Castillo and Socorro Castillo; her children, Virgil Aguirre and Janie Campos; and her sisters, Ruth Lara and Eva Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Alma Rosa Benavidez, Ruben Aguirre, Jr. and Lisa Aguirre. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
