He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Hetrick; his parents, J. Floyd Hetrick and Sarah Maybel Hetrick (Hancock); and his grandson Danny Hempel. He is survived by: his children, Ann Hempel (Mike), Lynn Barlow (Rusty), Frank Hetrick (Frankie) and Mike Hetrick (Myrlo); his grandchildren, Jamie Hempel (Marissa), Mandie Robles (Micah), Matthew Hetrick (Fran), Megan Hetrick and Macie Hetrick; his granddaughter-in-law Skye Hempel (Danny); his great grandchildren, Timmy Hempel, Paisley Jo Hetrick, Miles Robles and Rowan Hempel; and his siblings, David Hetrick and Charlotte Hancock.
