With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Enrique Javier Sanchez of San Juan, Texas, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Anabel Ramos; his parents, Enrique Javier Sanchez and Thomasa Zavala; and his siblings, Raul Sanchez and Reyna Sanchez.
He is survived by: his wife Georgina Roman Sanchez; his children, Enrique Javier Sanchez III (Tasha), Mona Monic Sanchez (Alexis), Emmanuel Salgado (Delfina) and Elizabeth Casas (Jeff); his grandchildren, Audrey, Johnny (Katie), Jason (Daisy), Andrea, Brittany, Tito, Meyah and Gabriela; his great grandchildren, Atom, Elenor, Sierra and Josiah; his goddaughter Laura Martinez; and his niece Linda Anaya.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A rosary was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
