She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Pierce Adkins; her parents, Pedro, Sr. Zamarripa and Fidencia Zamarripa; and her siblings, Cruz Z. Ybanez, Luz Z. Molina, Celia Z. Torres, Angela Z. Dages, Pedro Zamarripa Jr., Andres Zamarripa and Hildiberta Zamarripa.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Moreno (Juan) of McAllen; her grandchildren, Mitchell Mendez of McAllen, Jozette Flores of McAllen, Sydnee Moreno of McAllen and Myrea Moreno of McAllen; and her brother Domingo Zamarripa, Sr. of McAllen. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
