We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2021, at the age of 48, Xavier Bernal Rios (San Diego, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Cuauhtemoc "Teme" Rios; his brothers, Cuauhtemoc Rios, Jr. and Kenneth Rios; and his grandparents, Mauro Sr. and Secundina Rios.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elvira Rios of Corpus Christi and Norma Rios of Austin, Texas; his stepdaughter Jaylene Torres of Corpus Christi, Texas; his son Tomas Mateo Johnson (Jenny) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his grandson Mateo Johnson; his mother Elvira Bernal Rios; and his siblings, Terry Rios (Ludy) of Sinton, Robert Rios (Esmeralda) of Rios, Texas, Belinda Vasquez (Alfredo) of Sinton, Brenda Salone (Charles) of Sinton, Bertha Garcia (Juan) of Sinton, Carla Saye (James) of Beckcville and Estella Ramirez of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
