He is survived by: his children, Guadalupe Jesus Perez (Leeann) of Freer, Ugo Perez, Jr. (Rashelle) of Freer, Newleen Perez (Juan Vasquez) of Houston and Marleen De La (Alex); his siblings, Erasmo Perez (Sandra) of Robstown, Elda of Freer, Acevedo of Freer and San Juanita Lerma (Rolando) of Freer; and his grandchildren, Juan Moreno, III, Justin De La Garza, Guadalupe Perez, Jr., Kevin Perez, Alyjah Perez, Darian Torres, Jacob Perez, Luis Aguillon, Jr., Nateleen Serna, Abrian Torres, Audiah Perez, Andres Vasquez, Alejandro De La Garza, IV and Adelyn Perez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
