Mendoza of San Diego, Texas; his son Gabriel Roel Mendoza (Cassy) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his grandchildren, Gabby K. Mendoza, Michael A. Mendoza and Marcus A. Mendoza; his siblings, Beverly E. Garcia of San Diego, Texas and John E. Garcia (Olympia) of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion.
