He is survived by: his children, Britny Vega (Orlando) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Demetria Sanchez (Sierra) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Destiny Montemayor of Corpus Christi, Texas, Ric G. Montemayor of Rios Texas and Oliver Montemayor of Rios Texas; his grandchildren, Ava Garza, Brenna Vega, Roland Vega, Lexxi Vega and Paislee De Los Santos; his father Reynaldo Montemayor Sr. of Premont, Texas; his parents-in-law, Gerald Rios (Margo) and Annette Rios; and his siblings, Reynaldo Montemayor Jr., Carlos Montemayor, Irasema Quintanilla (Fransisco), Marissa Carrales and Myra Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
