He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester J. Pennick and Charlotte Grimes; his sister Donna Vausbinder; his father-in-law Donald Rex Wayman; his wife Vickie M. Pennick (Wayman); his sister Dee Lacatena; his children, Donya L. Brewer, Shanda M. Montgomery and Rex J. Pennick; his grandchildren, Dylan, Brynn Brewer, Katelin and Tristan Montgomery; his great grandchild Cash Brewer; his son-in-law Brian Brewer; and his mother-in-law Ida Marie Wayman.
