He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Sanchez (Adelaida) of San Diego, Texas, Maria "Mary" Francisca Sanchez and Laura Lucila "Lori"; the mother of his children Lucila R. Serna of San Diego, Texas; his brother Juan Sanchez Jr. (Maria Elena) of Alice, Texas; his grandsons, Gabriel Mendoza (Cassy) and Robert "Bobby" Sanchez II; and his great grandchildren, Gabriela "Gabby" Mendoza, Marcus Mendoza and Michael Mendoza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
