He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Morales, Sr. and Magdalena Jones Morales; his wife Barbarita Morales; and his brothers, Catarino and Roberto Morales.

He is survived by: his son Pedro Morales, III (Belinda); his grandchildren, Jacob Morales (Crystal Gonzalez) and Justine E. Perez (Javier); and his great grandchildren, Jayla of San Diego and Jaelle Perez of San Diego.
