She is survived by: her children, Paul Hughes (Noemi Almendariz) of Corpus Christi, Texas, David (Olivarez) and Sandra Morin (Alfredo Jr.) of San Diego, Texas; her brother Pedro Olivarez of Corpus Christi, Texas; her daughters-in-law, Raquel M. and Janie Hughes; and her grandchildren, Elvira Bates (Bradley), Roberto Hughes (Diana), Julio Hughes Jr., Lalita Castillo (Ray), Roxanne Gonzalez (Armando), Tracy Hughes, Peter Hughes (Debra), Dara Soliz (Carlos), Dario Olivarez and David Olivarez Jr.. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
