She was predeceased by: her former husband Octavio R. Cantu; her parents, Jose O. Martinez and Candelaria G. Martinez; her son Josue O. Cantu; and her sisters, Ebelia G. Martinez and Josefina "Veve" Martinez.
She is survived by: her spouse Tavo; her daughter Delma C. Everett of Corpus Christi, Texas; her granddaughter Claudia Guerra (O. J.); and her great grandchildren, Karina Loren Guerra and Orlando Javier "Bubba" Guerra II. She is also survived by grandmother, great grandmother.
