She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Arredondo and Modesta Briones Arredondo; her daughter Jessica Briones; and her brothers, Felipe Arredondo Jr. and Cesar Chapa.
She is survived by: her husband Guillermo "Willie" Rodriguez; her sons, Gavino Arredondo, Jesus Alaniz and Jose Antonio Ayala; her mother-in-law Olga Rodriguez; and her siblings, Emilio Chapa, Elsa Bazan (Gilbert) and Ida Arriaga (Mando Salaiz Jr.). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
