It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Minerva G. Martinez (San Diego, Texas), who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberto Gonzalez and Genoveva Gonzalez; and her siblings, Hermilo, Armando, Ruben, Rolando Gonzalez, Emma Salinas, Omelia Dunne, Celia and Irma Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her significant other Jose Noe Martinez; her sons-in-law, Horacio Alaniz and Ricardo Ramirez; her mother-in-law Romualda Martinez; her children, Luis Noe (Debra), Thelma Alaniz, Cynthia Ramirez, J. M. (Patsi), Orlando (Mary Jo) and Melissa Esparza (Michael); and her siblings, Jovita Moreno and Alberto Gonzalez Jr.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
