She is survived by: her son-in-law Clyde Halsey; her grandsons, Phillip Anthony Reyes and Isaac Arman Reyes; her children, Leonel Canales (Margarita H.) of Benavides, Luis Abel Canales (Alicia M.) of Kingsville, Leovardo Canales (Irma C.) of Hebbronville, Lilly Halsey, Ludy Salinas (Ramiro C.), Luz Maria Reyes (Ruben) of Lake Jackson, Linda Canales (Barbara Luna) of Corpus Christi and Lora Jane Trevino (Mario) of Lake Jackson; her brother Jose Cavazos (Maria Elena); her brother-in-law Leonel Garcia, Sr.; and her sisters, Cedilia Guajardo (Corando), Oralia Marie Ramirez, Pauline Duron of Callalen, Juanita Guerra of Ramirez and Idalia Jamie of Corpus Christi. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
