He was predeceased by: his mother Concepcion Pena; his siblings, Amando Pena and Esmeralda Pena; and his grandmother Alice Lynch. He is survived by: his father Juan Natividad "Nati" Pena Sr. of San Diego, Texas; his siblings, Luis Pena (Rosa) of Alice, Texas, Rogelio Pena of San Diego, Texas, Rene Pena (Virginia) of Benavides, Texas, Rolando Cadena (Felisha) of San Diego, Texas, Juanita Pena (Emilio) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Mary Alice Trevino (Victor) of San Diego, Texas, Gloria Bear (Alex) of San Diego, Texas, Rachel Barrera (Robert) of San Diego, Texas and Debra Pena (Noel) of Benavides, Texas; and his nephew Rafael "Ralphy" Rivera. He is also survived by son, brother, and uncle who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
