She is survived by: her spouse Victor M. Vasquez of San Diego; her children, David Luis Vasquez, Sr. (Anita Perez) of San Diego, Selina V. Rangel of San Diego, Velma Garcia, Jr. (Onofre) of San Diego and Brenda Vasquez (Joey) of San Diego; her brother-in-law Sabas Perez of Alice; and her sister Bertha Cramer of Hebbronville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
