He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Garcia and Paula Garcia; his brothers, Elizandro Garcia and Eliseo G. "Cheo" Garcia Sr.; and his nephews, Eliseo "Tito" Garcia Jr. and Orlando Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Lilia L. Garcia; his children, Lili G. Vera (Ashley), Lila G. Gonzalez (Arturo Jr.), Lillian Gonzalez and Elias Garcia Jr. (Savannah M. Ramirez); his grandchildren, Angelica Vera, Adrian Vera (Monique Earheart), Arturo "Tres" Gonzalez III, Elijah Gonzalez, Moises Gonzalez and Maximiliano Gonzalez; his siblings, Onofre Garcia (Celia), Alfredo Garcia (Gloria), Ruben Garcia (Esmeralda) and Esperanza "Espie"; and his brother-in-law Armin Lopez (Norma). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
