We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2024, at the age of 63, David M. Garcia of San Diego, Texas, born in Alice, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria G. Garcia; his children, Desiree Garcia (Roel Briones) of San Antonio, Deandra Garcia of San Diego and David "Davy" Garcia II (Sarah H. Garcia) of San Diego; his mother-in-law Ernestina G. Saenz of Benavides; his sisters, Terry Garcia Padilla of San Benito and Christina Santos (Roy Santos) of San Diego; his parents, Octavio Garcia and Jackie Garcia; his brother Steven James Garcia; and also Renati Garcia of McAllen, Texas.. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Garza Funeral Home (4571 S Farm to Market 1329, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church (401 S Victoria St, San Diego, TX 78384). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at the Loma Alta Cemetery.
In lieu of flower family is asking for donation for funeral expenses.
