He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia H Pickeral. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Bookbinder-Rispler; his father Robert E Pickeral of McLean; his brother Robert T Pickeral (Ashley) of Atlanta; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin and Campbell.
