She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Chapa and Marcedes Chapa; her husband Jose Horacio Guerra Sr.; and her parents-in-law, Octavio and Gertrudis Guerra.
She is survived by: her children, Jose H. Guerra Jr. (Lydia), Arnoldo Guerra (Elma), Octavio Guerra (Rachel), Israel Guerra (Martha), Gertrudis Cano, Gracie Garcia, Zenaida Perez (Charles), Nora Ramirez (John) and Dalia Guerra (Lilian); and her siblings, Adrian, Rosa Ramirez, Sylvia Saenz and Mary Ann Gomez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
