It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Consuelo Perez (San Diego, Texas), who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemente Samaniego and Leonarda Samaniego; her husband Jose Carlos Perez, Sr.; and her siblings, Roman Samaniego, Clemente Samaniego, Juan Manuel Samaniego, Elodia Gonzalez and Delfina Vera.
She is survived by: her children, Jose Carlos Perez, Jr. (Brenda), Joel Perez (Maria) of Sugar Land, Texas, Eloy Perez (Amanda) of Karnes City, Texas and Rachel Del Real of Houston, Texas; and her sisters, Luz Rodriguez (Humberto), Carmen Lichtenberger, Barbara Bernal (Pedro), Eloisa Sepulveda (Roberto) and Angelita Briones. She is also survived by grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
