She was predeceased by: her parents, Zaragoza Gutierrez and Catarina Rodriguez Gutierrez; and her siblings, David, Zaragosa, Juan, Nicodemas Gutierrez, Endelia Garcia, Conrada Canales, Estanislada Cantu, Eusebia Munoz and Beatriz Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her husband Avilio H. Pena, Sr. of Las Tienditas; and her children, Avilio Jr. (Frances) of Tienditas, Texas, Gloria Diaz (Oscar) of Kingsville, Texas, Norma Villegas and Nora Diaz DeLeon (David) of Kingsville, Texas.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 19 great-great grandchildren.
