He is survived by: his children, Jose Juan Peña of San Antonio, Texas and Analuisa Cabrera (Richard) of San Antonio, Texas; his significant other San Juanita Lerma; his partner's sons, Isaac and Jacob Lerma of Corpus Christi, Texas; his sisters, Angelica Peña of Houston, Texas, Araceli Peña Arevilca of Houston, Texas and Anna Liza Berry (Timothy) of Katy, Texas; and his grandchildren, Samuel Colt and Cataleya Lídia Cabrera. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
