She is survived by: her siblings, Guadalupe Guzman (Lupita), Jose Angel Bocanegra, Teresita Bocanegra, Graciela Bocanegra, Benita Bocanegra, Armando Bocanegra and Belinda Bocanegra. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thomae Garza Funeral Home (395 S Sam Houston Blvd, San Benito, TX 78586). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Theresa Catholic Church (1300 Combes St, San Benito, TX 78586). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the San Benito City Cemetery North Sam.
