He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sotero and Lazara Rosenbaum; his uncle Ricardo Rosenbaum; his grandparents, Samuel and Elisa Garcia; and his uncle Richard Garcia.
He is survived by: his parents, Leopoldo Garcia and Blanca Garcia; his wife Licinia Elizabeth Rodriguez; his stepchildren, David (Laura), Nelson and Wendy; his stepgrandson Noah; his pets, Akira, Zeus and Negrita; and his siblings, Leopoldo Jr., Andres (Xiomara), Danny and Nickie (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
