She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Alcala (Arismendez) and Dolores Ledesma Alcala; her son Hilario Mendoza, Jr.; her siblings, Marta Alcala, Euduelia Hernandez, Alicia Cerny McCauley and Arnulfo Alcala; and her granddaughter Christina Gomez.
She is survived by: her children, Roberto Mendoza (Zoila Galvan), Oralia Galvan (Armando), Irma Ayala (Armando), Amelia Gomez, Lydia Casas (Daniel), Rosario Gonzalez (Roy) and Rosalinda Vasquez (Davideric); and her siblings, Sara Bocanegra (Daniel), Maria Nunley (Joe), Arturo Alcala (Janie), Alfonso Alcala (Janie) and Alfredo Alcala. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
