He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucila; his parents, Martin Ragusin Pena Sr. and Adelida Pena; his children, Miguel, Roberto, Palmira Chapa and Cecilia; his grandchildren, Mario Chapa Jr. Roxanne and Rosanne Chapa; and his daughters, Joey, Mariana Alvarado, Sydney Pena, Maddox Martin and Audriana Pena.
