With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorenzo Guajardo Jr. of San Benito, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lorenzo Guajardo Sr.; and his siblings, Maria Luisa Guajardo, Reynaldo Guajardo and Juan Gabriel Diaz. He is survived by: his children, Conrado Guajardo (Sandra Jauregui) of Olmito, TX and Corina Guajardo Gaona (Reynaldo Gaona); his mother Eglantgina D. Guajardo of San Benito, TX; and his siblings, Maria Christina Villarreal, Ruben Guajardo, Javier Guajardo, Veronica Hernandez, Rosa Ramos, Ricardo Guajardo and Rigoberto Guajardo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Memorial Funeral Home (1025 E Jackson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
