She is survived by: her friend Liz; her husband Larry; her daughter Patti; her son-in-law Bryan; her pet Jack; her sisters, Lien and Ellie of The Netherlands; her nephews, Joep, Martijn and Jeroen; and her niece Annemarie. She is also survived by family members & dear friends.
