He is survived by: his wife Martha Irene Cuellar; his children, Iliana Cuellar and Ephraim Cuellar (Hannah); his grandchildren, George Cuellar, Ace Zachary Cuellar, Atlas Cuellar and Eila Cuellar; and his siblings, Alma Gonzalez (Arnoldo), Dalia Gamez, Tom Cuellar, Anna Miller and Cecilia Uresti.
