He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jr. and Elizabeth "Betty"; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Ossanna; his brothers, Michael (JoAnn) and Chris (Ann); and his children, Jenah Bellamy (Brad), Fred Ossanna IV and Doug Lamalie (Maddie). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
