He is survived by: his wife Estella Martinez Oviedo; and his siblings, Ezequiel Oviedo, Margarito Oviedo, Pablo Oviedo (Guadalupe), Teresa Flores (Alberto), Jose Oviedo, Jr., Ida Martinez, Juan Martinez (Lupita), Salome Martinez (Margarita), Lupita Gonzales (Roberto) and Blanca Petrovics (Anthony).
