He is survived by: his wife Martina Moreno; his daughter Elvia Mata (Jesus); his granddaughter Shelby; his brothers, Margarito, Jose and Pablo Oviedo (Lupe); his nieces and nephews, Adriana Oviedo, Angie Ochoa (Jose), Lucy Lewter (Rick), Vanessa Flores (Joe), Rick Oviedo (Veronica) and Pablo Oviedo (Barbara); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Summer Ochoa, Gianna Oviedo, Patrick Lewter of Joey, MJ and Eliana Flores.
