He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo Palomino Sr. and Filomena R. Palomino; his grandchildren, Elijah Cortez and Arianni Bella Sierra; and his niece Lisa Marie Palomino.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Palomino, Beatrice Palomino Villarreal (Hugo Villarreal), Claudia Palomino, Filomena Gallegos (Aaron) and Missy Rivera (Rolando); and his siblings, Jaime Palomino, Berta Palomino, Diana Yzaguirre and Jose Felipe Palomino. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a hand-full of friends.
