He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Joel Gutierrez Jr., Roxanne Gutierrez, Angel Danielle Gutierrez, Selena Nicole Gutierrez, Jonathan Gutierrez, Christoper Gutierrez, Oscar Suarez Jr., Mellisa Suarez-Mendoza, Bianca Gutierrez, Sabrina Walker and Veronica Rosas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
