He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolla Don Smith and Marjorie Williams Smith; his wife Janice Huff Smith; and his brother Gary Lee Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Kaye Smith, Lisa Smith Kuglen (Jeff) and Marcia Smith Prechel (Mike); his grandchildren, Caitlin Elizabeth Kuglen, Clay Rolla Kuglen (Beatriz), Megan Nicole Prechel and Matthew George Prechel; his great grandchild Claira Adele Kuglen; his sister Patsy Smith Grace; and his sister-in-law Terry Clark Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
