He is survived by: his wife Blanca Norma Canales; his children, Raymond Canales (Jennifer), Loretta Castro and Carla Castro; and his grandchildren, Kayla Rae Canales (Marc Rodriguez), Darin I. Frasier, Raymond Canales, Jr., Jace Ryan Canales, Ivan James Canales, Gavin Ray Canales, Karlita Galvan, Stephanie Galvan, Loretta Garcia and Jose Garcia.
